Plant Voice
An AI assistant that books meetings, writes up the minutes and turns decisions into tasks the team can track.
- Calendars and email
- Scheduling and minutes agents
- Confirmed meetings and Jira tasks
Overview
Plant Voice is a corporate AI platform that runs a network of specialised agents to manage a company's internal and external affairs. It takes over the work that quietly drains teams: coordinating meetings across internal and external calendars, negotiating a workable time, capturing minutes and turning operational decisions into tracked tasks in Jira.

Problem
Corporate teams lose hours to meeting logistics. Finding a slot that works for internal staff and external participants means trading email after email, then writing up minutes by hand and translating decisions into tracked work. The back-and-forth is slow, easy to drop and a constant source of burnout for the people managing communication with outside parties.
Solution
A multi-agent platform that handles the coordination layer autonomously. Agents read participant calendars, negotiate a meeting time across internal and external members and lock it in without manual email chasing. Once a meeting happens, the system captures structured minutes for internal and external records and pushes the resulting tasks straight into Jira, keeping people focused on the decisions rather than the admin.

Results
Plant Voice removes the manual email layer behind corporate meetings: scheduling and negotiation run automatically across internal and external calendars, minutes are captured without anyone writing them up, and operational tasks land in Jira ready to track. The result is less coordination overhead and noticeably less meeting-related burnout for internal teams.

My role
As lead developer I own the application architecture and coordinate development across the team. My focus is reliable delivery: making sure the platform covers the full range of use cases, stays available under load and can respond quickly to any critical issue in production.
