What kind of work do you take on?
I build software and lead the teams that make it, from brand-new products to improving the systems you already have. Most of my clients are in healthcare, pharma and finance, but I work with any business that needs one experienced person to own a project from plan to launch. I shape the work around your goals.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. Describe the problem in your own words and I will translate it into a plan. If you are curious, I mostly build with Python, Node.js and PostgreSQL on AWS or Google Cloud, but I choose tools based on your goals, not personal preference.
How involved will I be during the project?
As involved as you want to be. I work in short, open cycles with regular demos and updates, so you always know where things stand.
Can you work with my existing team or software?
Yes. I have led development teams for years, so joining an existing setup is familiar ground. I can review what is already there, fit into the way you work or take the lead on delivery, whatever the situation needs.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on what you need. After we have talked it through, I give you an honest estimate up front. Small projects can take a few weeks; larger ones are planned in milestones so you see progress early.
