Hi, I'm Ashar.
My story starts in Gujranwala, Pakistan, a city known for its industry, not its software. While studying IT, I built my first real systems as an intern: a paperless communication portal for the Regional Police Office. Watching an organisation actually change the way it worked because of something I built is when I knew this was more than a career for me.
Since then I have spent 8+ years going deeper: from building school management systems for local clients, to engineering the backend of Pakistan's leading property portal handling millions of listings, to where I am today, leading engineering at an international software studio and delivering enterprise products for pharmaceutical, healthcare and fintech clients.
The architect
I design systems end to end: components, data flows, API contracts and multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP. I am an iSAQB-certified software architect with a strong grounding in cloud and application security (CCSK, CSSLP).
The team lead
I build and mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming and real ownership, until they can run modules on their own. Watching someone I trained ship independently is still one of my favourite parts of the job.
The builder
I never stopped writing code. Lately that means AI and multi-agent systems: LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines and custom observability tooling that turn AI from a demo into a dependable product.
What I have learned along the way: technology is the easy part. Shipping on time, under pressure, with a client trusting you across ten time zones is the craft. It is why clients keep handing me their most critical projects.
